Considering the recent developments regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19), we at Multi-Tech Reps want to inform you of the steps we are taking to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers, employees, and the communities that we serve. Our first step is to join the community at large and minimize our contact with large groups. Our team members will not attend meetings or gatherings which are in a group setting. We have also temporarily discontinued all unrequested in-person sales meetings. These are defined as meetings to solicit the benefit of technologies or services that we represent. We will respond to all requests to join our partners at customer walk-throughs, demonstrations, and other business opportunities on an as-needed basis. In the event of an in-person meeting, we will be practicing social distancing. We will take the appropriate measures to maintain good hygiene and we will not participate in traditions like shaking hands. We will maintain a safe distance from other persons and follow other safety guidelines recommended by the CDC and WHO.

MTR has always been proficient and effective in delivering remote and virtual presentations. We strongly recommend using us in this capacity. During this temporary period, while we are changing our typical business practice, our availability to assist our partners in training, design, and business development will be at an all-time high. Our goal is to take this negative situation and turn it into an opportunity to strengthen our business relationships with you, our valued customer.

During this unprecedented period other changes to our business activities will likely be occurring. Please know that our first reactions to these new unknown obstacles will be met with swift action that puts our customers and employees first. We are always here to discuss your concerns or recommendations that you may have for Multi-Tech Reps while we go through these challenging times together.
